Nicely taken. Slightly overexposed, but the feathers in their unkempt manner really makes this an interesting subject. The dear bird has a fitting memorial.

As others have noted, it's over-exposed, and the background it also a tad noisy. Otherwise, nice subject and interesting choice of composition. I also like the background.
